Overview
The PD12 OEM allows for vertical or horizontal integration of the peristaltic pumphead close to the filling station.
- Available in anodized aluminium and in stainless steel.
- High filling accuracy from less than 0.2ml to more than 250ml and filling accuracy better than ±0.5% is achievable on most volumes.
- Prevents foaming, splashing or after dripping
Electronic components are supplied in a box, which can be mounted at a different location, where more space is available. For example in a separate electrical cabinet.
The unit can be combined with up to total 16 peristaltic fillers and a master controller.
Surfaces on the pump head are rounded for easy cleaning and a special gaskets ensures a high degree of ingress protection.
