Combined with a MC12 or an MC100 master controller, the PD12PS is an extremely flexible and reliable peristaltic filling solution, the preferred choice of the biopharm and diagnostic industries. The peristaltic filling principle delivers widely recognised advantages of accurate filling, guarantee against contamination and ease of cleaning. A combination of the MC12 or the MC100 controller and between 1 and 16 PD12PS units can be integrated into a fully automatic filling line.
Designed for intensive use and for a fast return on investment
To allow for vertical integration into a filling line and prevent ingress of liquid, this version of the PD12PS filler has a special sealing system along the shaft and between the flanges. Also, a rounded flange on the lower part of the pumphead enables easy cleaning.
