This is an exciting opportunity for a college or sixth form leaver to begin a career in Instructional Design or Learning and Development as their first introduction to the workplace.

You will receive on the job training as well as appropriate distance learning courses to allow you to study and gain qualifications in Digital Learning Design to a Level 3 and then Level 4 Diploma in a similar manner to a structured apprenticeship.

Located at the group head office in Falmouth, Cornwall, you will play a key role in the creation and management of training material for our product portfolio as well as an array of other subjects using a variety of design and implementation platforms.
