We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Training team at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group. Using a blended learning approach and working alongside our Sector Training Managers you will identify training opportunities, develop content and implement learning interventions that will help deliver sales success
You will travel with sales engineers when they visit customers, reviewing activity and coaching them to help them achieve their full potential
This position requires regular travel and so the successful candidate must have a driving license and current passport to be able to travel internationally
The successful candidate will require
- A track record in sales with an in-depth knowledge of sales processes and a passion for developing others.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs and an understanding of blended learning approaches, embracing technology through the delivery of online learning as well as face to face delivery
- Exceptional presentation skills in delivering the training content through imaginative and innovative solutions and the ability to engage those around you
- A Proven ability to plan and deliver a training project through to completion
- Understands how to measure the success of and return on investment of sales training.
- Be at ease establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent energy, enthusiasm, communication and organisational skills
- To hold recognised training qualifications or has relevant training experience.
- Proficiency in using IT, eLearning software, Learning Management software, MS Office
Location:
The remit for this role is global, collaborating with business development managers and direct sales in a matrix organisational structure. Working out of the UK, US or Europe is acceptable to deliver this role as global travel is a fundamental aspect of achieving successful outcomes.
